Hon’ble Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Shri Amit Shah, addressed Officer Trainees (OTs) of the 99th Common Foundation Course (FC) as Chief Guest at the Valedictory Function at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, on 28th Nov 2024. Hon’ble Union Minister hailed the new batch of civil service recruits for their YuvaShakti. He urged the OTs to realise the Hon'ble Prime Minister’s vision for India@2047 and called on them to accept their role as future decision-makers in Atmanirbhar & ViksitBharat with pride. Following the address, Shri Shah interacted with the OTs. He also released a report on the Himalayan Study Tour undertaken by OTs in September 2024. The report details learnings from attachment in border areas, inter alia, comprising attachment with ITBP & stay at Vibrant Villages. The Valedictory programme was also graced by Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. The Director of the Academy Shri Sriram Taranikanti also addressed the Officer Trainees. Course Report was presented by Shri Shelesh Nawal, Course Coordinator. The batch comprises of 653 OTs from 16 services and 3 Royal Bhutan Services (Administrative, Police and Forest).
